Using up-to-date instrumental control and quality control facilities coupled with high temperature yielded during the process, we recycle and reuse the wastes. Through the efforts, we not only recycle usable resources out of wastes, but further help control pollution.
Currently we also treat hearthstones slag, chemical gypsum, waste stone powder, fly ash, and a variety of other industrial wastes.
Besides, we have been helping the government in dealing with waste tires by means of burning them in our cement kilns. When the project is fulfilled, we will considerably help reduce the costs required to build incinerators, and significantly, we will help bypass the hazards against the public sanitation that would be otherwise incurred by waste tires.
The super high temperature tunnel kiln denitration systems equipped in Kuan-Ho Refractories Industry Corp., yields up to 80%~90% efficiency. As a result, the pollutant discharged in the process of production is significantly below the environmental protection tolerance criteria (The NOX value after denitration is 349 ppm, far below the 400 ppm toleration set forth in the environmental protection law.) Besides, the company has successfully developed clay replacement materials using waste catalyst of China Petroleum Corporation, effectively solving the environmental protection problems incurred by the petrochemical industry's waste catalysts.
