  1.  Hoping Branch Office Hoping Plant--
    Total annual production capacity of cement is 5.6 million MT
    ( 2.8 million x 2 sets )
  2.  Hoping Power Co., Ltd.--
    Total capacity is 1,320MW
    ( 660MW x 2 sets )
  3.  Hoping Industrial Port Corporation--
    The maximum annual volume of goods handled: 20 million MT
